RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit if it is unworn and unwashed with original packaging in a saleable condition. All exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of the dispatch date. Please note that we cannot accept any items after this 30 day period has lapsed. 

Items must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must be free of any pet hair, dust, dirt or any type of stains such as makeup, food, or deodorant. They must not have any rips, runs, tears or damages and have no odors such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scents. If your return has any of the mentioned conditions, we will not accept the return and a refund will not be given.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • What item you'll be returning
  • What item you would like to exchange for (include size)
  • A shipping address

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-10 business days for your item to ship. Packages are typically shipped via USPS or UPS. 


How can I track my order?

Your tracking information is emailed to you once your order has shipped.


I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?

Yes, they will all be shipped together. If your order contains a preorder item, we will wait to ship the package until all items are in stock. If you would like to receive your order in multiple shipments, please email us at info@classfieldtrip.shop. Thank you!
